This is the first page of my sketchbook dedicated to exploring the etching technique. On this page I drew a step by step apple. I started of with creating the basic form with the use of outline. Then I added horizontal and vertical lines that made it look more three dimensional. The last step was adding lots of overlapping lines that created shades, which made the apple look more apple like .
