For my “catalyst” object I chose the gun.
I decided to work on this object since it has become such a significant factor in recent years, to life of people.
A gun is a catalyst object because of its significance, and because of the outcomes of using a gun, whether it is the power one person has obtained via the gun, or the death of another by that same gun.
Since the creation of the gun, the whole process of fighting (and killing) has changed- from a very close and intimate fight with swords, to a cold and calculated death spree. The gun has changed not only crime, but has changed the value of a person’s life.
