For my toolkit I created a waterproof backpack to aid victims of flooding. I propose that FEMA’s policy division should supply areas with high risk of flooding with waterproof backpacks in order to better prepare them for what can sometimes be unpredictable. Its important that items such as legal documents, money and keepsakes are not ruined because they not be replaceable or can cost a large sum of money. There are many areas affected by flooding that vary in financial stability and some of these families cant afford extra costs on top of rebuilding their homes. A backpack may not seem like a lot but anything helps in a situation where your faced with losing everything
