Studio 2: Final piece draft

| Studio Final piece draft |

This piece was inspired by my cultural object, cherry blossom. I wanted to explore the idea of the transience of cherry blossom and its myth in our life. I figured out that youth is considered as transience, it is beautiful but is a short period of time of our life. I wanted to explore the idea of a short time of youth in our life and how people are afraid of losing their youth and get aged.

Here I used ink as a representation of time, and emotions. I like its movement which can be controlled or uncontrolled. I experimented by using ink on different materials.
