This project is based on my partner’s experience in social aspect. She is afraid to be active in social relationship. She always looks cold and indifferent outside while her real self is quite friendly and enthusiastic. Basically, the more she’s interested in someone or want to make some conversation, the colder she would actually show.
Given to this fact and the inspiration of Mondrian’s work, my idea is to make a blinder as well as an armor act as the disguise protector for her. Basic planes would be colored in white, blue, and black to represent “cold”. The sticking out parts mean to exaggerate her fake expression. The front covers of the parts are openable. Inside will be selected sentences depicting real her, friendly and nice, in red or yellow background.
