I chose the theme technology, as I found the term was most relatable to me. Technology goes hand in hand with the theme of social media. I’m interested in exploring the relationship between online and face-to-face communication.
My format is “book” though I am actually creating a short video. Inspired by the anime TV series Serial Experiments Lain, I set out to make a story involving a girl who chooses to abandon her real body for an everlasting life inside the internet.
