In order to create this poster I used various sources to research Kanye West and understand his cultural impact to a greater extent. Creating this poster, I also realized the impact of globalization on culture considering the fact that I asked several individuals their thoughts about culture to understand what I could define as cultural values and regardless of the country they came from they all knew Kanye West, the impact he has had on fashion, music, pop culture and social media. Thus I feel that culture in 2019 continues to become more globalised, leading to loss of tradition and move to a global culture due to widespread social media. Creating this poster, I enjoyed implementing elements from ‘The Life Of Pablo’ album cover with the black and orange text and incorporated the design of the Graduation cover into the whole poster.
