φ The Golden Ratio represents many dimensions and sizes in nature, but It is also used in art and architecture.
During my observations in Union Square and Central Park, I found examples of both natural forms and man made objects that follow the proportions of the golden ratio.
I found it interesting that the appearance of the golden ratio depends on the perspective I have on the object, as well as on the distance between the object and the caliper.
