Sound is an important part in our life, there are so many kind of sound in our daily life and human activity is a huge source of producing sound. Sound pollution has became a problem for a while, which disturb our life, the buzzing from the street and the annoying sound from construction etc. So I want to make some sound that is delightful and bring people peace.
My sound piece is mainly made by wood and function with water and stones. I got inspired by the nature and I want to make some peaceful sound. I found out that water and stone can work very well together since the water can bring people peace and it makes us think about lake and ocean.
This piece aimed to bring people out of the city where filled with unpleasant sound.
