My rule is to not lift my pen or pencil off the page. I chose this rule for action because it will force me to stop hesitating and allow the drawing to become more therapeutic rather than meticulous.

My idea for my rule of theme came from a book called A Line A Day. It’s sort of like a daily journal but instead you can keep track of each day over the span of a few years. When the same day comes up in a different year you can read what happened on the same day a year ago. Instead of using my personal experience because I haven’t kept this journal I decided to learn something about that day from any year in history, which I thought would be interesting.
