For my final Bridge 4 project I focus on the idea of the repetiveness, and the overall habit of collecting transforming it into a visual progression. The way the piece goes shows how a collectors views the items in that he has collected and their importance is determined by the size and color. In the line of objects you can see how the small “teddy bears” in the collection increase in size and this signifies which piece the collector either just achieved or is in search for. The smallers ones crowded in the corner become darker, signifiying that they are piled up and dont have much significance to the collector anymore. Theyve been almost abandoned.  I chose to make the bears without faces and color to keep the piece from being specifically about a collection of teddy bears and more of an aspect of collecting.
