My Reflection
I think this is a very clever way of showing the world, showing the government that we need to take action. The fact that these designs exist is jarring and what’s even more jarring is that these scenarios might happen in the future and have already started happening in some areas of the world. It is truly frightening the extent we might have to go to even survive on this planet. Just looking at these images and designs was enough to make me feel weary of the future and what might happen if we don’t do something about it. I think like the article mentioned using art and design to raise awareness in a more abstract or even vernacular way could be a smarter move than just giving warnings because, when something is made visual or relevant to everyday life, I feel like it has more of an impact.
