– I really like the fabric and the choice of color in this gorgeous gown. The wings on the back of the mannequin really portray how pure and goddess the dress is and how the texture of the dress (all the wrinkles) really add this dress to a rigged character. Also, I am a fan of Ariana Grande and one of her new song “God is A Women” from her newest album randomly popped up of my head when I first looked at this piece of artwork.

– Knowing that Alexander McQueen is one of my favorite fashion designer, just by looking at this piece of outfit that he created back in the 80’s I was honestly a bit surprised because the simplicity of the design on this dress does not says Alexander McQueen on it. However, I really like how he uses different material (wooden board) and created this wings-like top that matched with the khakis pant.

– My favorite design out of all the ones that I picked out. What a stunning dress! When I first walked into the main budding of the exhibition (Heavenly Body) I was literally speechless just by looking at this spectacular dress. The reason why this dress caught my attention is due to its colors (black and white – my two favorite colors combination) and how this outfits combine men’s wear and women’s wear together and created this masterpiece. The dress was well-made and I really like how detailed this dress is. However, when I take a closer look at it I was wondering why the artist picked two colors only. Questioned myself there might be a purpose to using only black and white throughout the whole entire dress. Overall, really impressed with this piece!
