- During our studio time today, I made this prototype that demonstrates how I am going to present my wing (put colors in order)and finally made my final decision on the materials for the armature (internal structure of the sculpture) and the wings.
- After my critique session with Sara, I need to stop by Blick and get more wires for the armature of the wing and some fabrics that goes on it as well. (Mood Fabrics, or the fashion fabrics district on the 7th & 8th ave )
- I would say the most challenging part of this project is the process of making the armature and the process of brainstorming the ideas of my piece as well. (Knowing how to work with different materials that I’ve never experienced before and just playing with it.)
- I am super excited how my final project is going to turn out, really looking forward to it. Can’t wait to wear that piece and present it with pride and happiness in front of the class next Friday!
