For my bridge project I want to create a video-like effect with pictures I took. First picture will be a cityscape of New York. Then “the camera” will zoom in and you will see that the cityscape is actually made out of pictures of trash, which I found on the streets while walking to classes and back. Then it will zoom in even closer you will see just one picture of a trash bag, which will eventually turn into a tree. After that transition “the camera” will start zooming out and you will see more pictures of the trees until they will finally create a shape of my house in Virginia.
I want to compare the most distinct smell in each place because it’s something I always notice when I go outside. Also I want to show the difference between a small town and a cosmopolitan city using something every single person has experienced but haven’t really paid close attention to that aspect.
