Daily Mapping

On August 29, I felt happiness and sweetness when I woke up in the morning. At night, I was lonely and sad because I missed my family. I used Asymmetrical Balance, Texture and Pattern on my work.

On August 30, I repetitively thought of foods and my family. I used food images and house image to represent my receptive thoughts of a day. I used Asymmetrical Balance, Repetition, and Scale/Proportion on my work.

On August 31, I experienced smoke, and concrete smell during a day. I used achromatic color to describe their characteristic. I used Postive/Negative Space, Radial Symmetry, and Texture.

On September 1, I ate spicy ramen and dumpling. To express foods, I used red color for the ramen and yellow color for dumpling. Also, I used black pieces for burned dumpling, and I used green color for welsh onion. I used Asymmetrical Balance, Emphasis, and Texture on my work.

On September 2, I spent most of my time and energy on walking. I used tire to express my legs, and I added small rocks to express my tiredness. I used Asymmetrical Balance, Scale/Proportion, and Pattern on my work.

On September 3, I choose to collage “My favorite things”, so I used pink and purple color for the background. Also, I used food and night sea image express my favorite things. I used Asymmetrical Balance, Texture, and Pattern on my work.
