Last Wednesday, When we visited LESEC composting center, I was surprised because the smell was not that bad. The staff told us that they are working hard to keep fresh air for neighbor. The most interesting part of the field trip was learning how to start composting outdoors in NYC, and what are the accepted materials. I saw lots of butterflies nearby composting center, and I found information about Monarch butterflies. It says that Monarch butterflies traveled all the way from Mexico and settled down in ecology center. On second field trip, I want to learn more about composting in NYC, and I am looking forward to learn about marineorganism. Everthing I saw in LESEC composting center was amazing and it was a great experience to see the process of composting.
