Is Your Salad Habit Good for the Planet?
When I read the title of this article, at first I thought of how can I help the planet with just eating a salad? The author used Sweetgreen as an example, and for me honestly it was like an advertisment article, however I did not know that many people eat salad because at Sweetgreen nothing goes to the landfill. Their landfill goes to compost bin along with any leftover food. There is problem of it is unable to dispose salad at work place because most office don’t have compost bin. My opinion for this problem is very simple. Through the vote or if company wants, they can place compost bin in the office.
