In this project, I shoot and edited a video about a girl’s morning before wake up. At the beginning, I used black and white to indicate the boring and repetitive real life, then her alarm was ringing, her phone shows its 7 am, but she threw the phone away. From this moment, her dream started, and the world became full of colors : She put on a bunny mask and went out to do things that she would not normally do in real life, like eating ice cream in the morning and tearing books in the library, not only her behaviors were abnormal, the world around her also became unusual,such as the cars that moving backward. After all these, there’s a flashback of all the scenes, indicating that she’s going to wake up and back to the reality. Then the scene became black and white again. The alarm was ringing again, this time it’s 7:10 am She realized that all these are only in her dream that happened in 10 minutes.
