Although the materials that I used were stiff and held a structure, I wanted to portray movement in poses. To do that, I wanted to position the pieces of folded newspaper on the bottom to stimulate them shooting through the cardboard. I also wanted to place the newspaper on top to embody that shooting effect, as well.
