For Project 3, I wanted focus on creating digital paintings that would create the feeling of tranquility and ease. I knew that I wanted the piece to flow and consist of a cohesive color palette. So, I decided on painting koi fish because I felt that the element of water and fish moving within it would best translate the idea that I had in mind. I also incorporated Lillie pads to add an extra element to the piece, besides just having the subject be koi fish and water.
