As a part of the group, my job was mainly focused on the plastic ball creating and the video editing. To be honest, I do not have many experience with working in a group, but I felt like I have learned a lot through this experience. We as a group, had many conversations about our piece and we exchanged our ideas a lot. I think it is a really good way to learn from each other and to practice communication. 

The common fear we had was the declination of our nature and the pollution we have nowadays in our society. The idea was to create a tree as our monument. We thought of using the cardboard as the the base of the tree.

We glued a thin layer of white paper on top of the board in order to create the textile of the tree.

We also used many plastic bags to create bigger plastic balls to indicate the plastic pollution we have in our world.

So the main concept was from the outside, the tree should be as messy as it can be, cause we wanted to show how pollution has been destroying our environment. On the contrast, the inside should be more peaceful than the outside, and this is why we only glued a few pieces of the fallen leafs to indicate the beauty of our nature.
