How does culture shape the way we “see” the world?

How does culture shape the way the world “sees” us?

People in the world grow up in different places with different societies. History has made us in several skin tones, such as white, yellow, brown, black and so on. In different cultures, people get education differently. We partly learn about this world form our family and some are told from the teachers at schools, from them we get to know the others- who have different skin colors, believes and cultures. In some part of the world, people believes man is more powerful and women meant to have less rights, and some place gays are not allowed; Some place the racism is highly occurred and some place classicism is a really big issue. With such differences, we are shaped to “see” the world. Every one has senses, with multiple times of watching and hearing, the status of what things should be shaped in our head, and we start to act like what everyone else do considered “normal”. Moreover, as time flows, people divided by the time they were born, the technology has gone too far, the younger generation get to see more diversities with their growth which a society combined with multiple cultures. The United States for example, is a globalized country with all kinds of races and sexual orientation, a place where everyone has right and freedom. People live here has chance to be who they are. However, those who have never experienced and understand will still think the society like this is weird and not right, just because the culture are different and people just stick with the old ways of living.
