I have painted the base for the diorama and I have started constructing the tree structures. I intend to attach the memory bubbles using armature wire. I will glue the trees to the base and paint over the stump to cover any flaps and holes.
I initially wanted to create paper mache trees, but I decided to go a different route. I crumpled white paper into a tree and then coated it with acrylic gesso. I might not color these trees and let them remain white. As for the attachment process, it might remain the same.
I have started my second project for Core 3D. Here are the progress shots of the mask that I am constructing. I am unsure of what other elements I may add to the mask, but I am in the process of figuring that out.
