This project provided a new challenge for me. Not only was I working with and trying to improve my drawing skills, but I further had to work on a new skill and technique that I had never worked with before. Learning to draw using perspective, though difficult now, I know will provide me with better skills in the future.
In the picture above, it was right after I had painted it. Though all of the colors are neutrals, on Photoshop I reduced the brightness to further fade and neutralize the image. My goal was to dull out the entire image as much as I could so the “Taped” pink tree would stand out as much as possible.
Though overall this is not my best work, I am happy that I was able to practice and work with perspective.
