People have been fighting for people’s civil rights since the beginning of this country’s origins, and this fight has only continued and grown stronger to this day. With recent upsets about climate change, gun control, gender and sexuality equality, and so much more, one group of people have stood in front of all these causes and they are liberals who are fighting for change. Liberals have recently advocated for many changes and reforms that are in the benefit of so many but continue to either get ridiculed or shut down by the other side. Even when the facts are well present and growing, there are still people who refuse to acknowledged them and continue on their selfish agenda.
In our conceptual map, we focused on gun control, one of the many issues that liberals fight and advocate for. From the facts, separation between the country, and valid reasons to create change, gun control is one of the many issues that this community faces and fights for.
For this map, I worked on the statistics and data, creating the pie charts in the middle.
