On one side of Stuy Residence you have a clean and touristy environment that is home to prestigious and rich students, big name companies, and a beautiful part that hosts an expensive organic food market five days a week. On the exact opposite side of the residence lies another area that has been touched with the authentic city life and its people. From “piss-post” to a beautifully graffiti corner, and the homeless guy by CVS that even the policemen love, this little area in lower east side speaks volumes about the lives of many real New Yorkers.
