In this project, we were assigned to find 8 mundane objects that we see in our daily lives and assign importance to them. Using charcoal, I split my chosen items into three categories on three separate neutral toned papers : objects I found in my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. To emphasize the importance of selected items, I created a “halo” effect by highlighting the background.
