I think fears affects you al a lot in life. People reflect on their fears, overcoming their fears and so on. Fears come from pain and unrecognizable events. Fears cause people to be worried and be upset about it. In my artwork, there are all kinds of fears that I have asked from different people. Each object/shape stands for a stage of fear. The intense black rectangle in the middle stands for unknown and deep fears. The CDs stands for reflecting and going through your fears, just like CDs, how CD stays in a solid form, but once you play it, there is the memory in it and you experience visually through it or by listening to it. The blurry, silver reflection from the CDs represents the time that you overcome your fears; the shininess stands for coming out of the fears.
