I threw out over 10 pieces of plastic everyday. Most of them are single-use plastic for food packaging. Single-use PET plastic bottle and straw. PP forks, spoons, knives, and containers. Frozen food, snacks, preprepared food like sausage.  Plastic bags and plastic containers are always there if I order food to go. Currently we use plastic bag for garbage bin. Others includes protection films for appliances and books, etc. It reflects my eating habits which is not really healthy. I need to drink less bubble tea, use less container for take out, eat less snacks, and refuse single-use plastic bags and plastic utensils I always bring my steel mug with me for water and avoid bottle water. Right now I just started to bring my own bag, my own stainless steel chopsticks, fork, and spoon with me everyday. Plastic cannot be avoided but there are details in life that can help reduce plastic.
