For this assignment we were supposed to use photography as our documentary tool while making a walking tour of any place in the city. I chose Bushwick, Brooklyn as I never had reason to go there before and experience a space with different infrastructure compared to Manhattan. I learnt about contrast in infrastructure as well as people and there interests through the public art drawn on the walls. Poverty was prevalent and so was gentrification with upcoming rooftop cafes and green spots.
