It’s my reflection in the window of my Time class, on a Tuesday night. You can see the upper half of my torso and my face layered in a transparent mesh over the city lights and buildings, and behind me you can see my classroom. My head is tilted to the right and I am wearing a ninja turtle shirt, but my hands, holding my phone, cover most of the t-shirt graphics. My hair is in two french braids, on either side of my head and I am wearing my big powder blue glasses. My eyes and eyebrows are hard to see because of the overlapping reflections coming from the buildings, the window, and my lenses, and if you look closely it looks like I have four of each. I am standing up straight, not really smiling, but I seem happy. My eyes smile while my mouth only slightly curves up in the corners. Due to the venn diagram of reflections it looks like I have captured myself mid motion, but in reality I am just standing, on break, taking a selfie, in a room full of other first year students.
