Hangtag

For the hangtag, I had two initial ideas.

The first one was to make it with the shape of a wheel chair so that it could be easily spotted in a shop for wheel chair users who would look at it because of they would feel identified.

The second idea was to make it look like a fortune cookie, since it was inspired in chinatown. So that I could make the information hang out of the hangtag in a creative way. However, I still wanted to include the wheel chair concept because it quickly resumes the whole purpose of my garment.

So after some feedback, I ended going for another totally new idea, that yet had the essence of the garment. This final idea consists of a pair of twin simple (laser cut) wheels that , each other through a wood stick from where the hangtag information can be rolled down.

imageAlso, for the map I decided to go with a scan of a sketch that tries to imitate the style of my alphabet, with which I wrote the logo that, in a way, looks seems like a caption that could be found on a fortune cookie so that somehow I actually put all my ideas together.
