Midterm Case Study Report

Instruction:

Provide an overview of the situation and key issues of the case.

Describe the dilemma that Lost Creek Angling (LCA) is facing and the primary issues to be addressed / decision(s) to be made.

Based on your internal and external assessment, describe the priorities and objectives that a strategy for LCA must fulfill no matter what that specific strategy is. Explain your reasoning.

Finally, list ideas for components or elements that the strategy could potentially involve and what value or impact each of those components or elements could potentially create. Include at least three. Be sure these ideas clearly relate to the priorities and objectives you laid out. Draw from perspectives, concepts, frameworks, and tools covered in the course thus far.
