こんいちは！　わたしは　きみです。わたしは　The New School がいがくの　がくせえです。せんこうは　fashion　design　です。にねんせい　です。

これは　わたしの　いぬ　です。わたしの　いぬの　なまえは　みそ　です。

Last winter, I went to Japan with my friend and saw and experienced many amazing things. We mainly stayed in Tokyo, however we did spend a couple of nights in Nagoya as well. Here are some photos from my trip.

おいしい　ですね！

I wanted to take Japanese because I have always wanted to learn the language of the culture that I have grown up in.  My mom’s side of the family comes from Japan (my grandma’s father was the first to settle in America), and we partake in Japanese customs during New Years and other celebrations.  I would love  to immerse myself further in the culture by learning the language.
