The concept for this open project was to explore the ways in which photographs are presented and how we interact with them. To view the photos, one must stand underneath the floating tube of photographs and look up at them. By looking up at the photos, it feels as if the faces of the people photographed are void of time and they will always be there regardless of where they are physically, how the energy of people we are not with in the present, is always with us. When placed in a dark room, the photos can be partially seen from the outside, inviting the viewer to come closer to stand underneath the tube to view the photos in their entirety.
