Assignment3

Rotate Flag aims at make the flag rotating through 2 trigger.

First is a metal, when people touch it, the red led will be lighted up, indicating to use knob make a blue led lighter. When the blue led brights enough, the flag will be rotated by a step motor.

Sensor:

1. potentiometer
2. BYJ48_step_motor
3. metal (need capacitiveSensor.h file in code)
4. 2 led.
