Option One = 100 milliSeconds
OptionTwo = 2000 milliSeconds
If you hold the button a long time, the second option gets executed.
If you hold the button a short time, the first option gets executed.
To finish up the sketch, reset the button press timing variable to zero. This ensures the next time the button is pressed and held that we start from time zero again.
