As I sat and payed attention to all of my thoughts, questions, and concerns I was intensely aware they are all anxieties. This wasn’t a surprise to me because my anxious thoughts woke me up at 5 in the morning and didn’t let me go to bed until 2am. Looking at Clem Crosby’s Motel, makes me feel understood. My anxieties are continuous, never ending thoughts that are abstract like the lines in his piece.
