While observing my thoughts, ideas, questions, and feelings I noticed they were all things like ‘Take out trash’ ‘Pack backpack up for day tomorrow’ ‘schedule wax appointment’ ‘Facetime mom so I can see my dog’ etc. etc. etc. While I sat in silence for five minutes noting my thoughts all I ended up with was a never ending to do list. Very overwhelming. However I find it to be very exciting to be busy. I feel like I am accomplishing things even though my brain is all over the place. I came across these three digitals and I chose it because a million different things are going on in the three. I love the wild colors. I love how busy it is. It is exciting.

“How to capture excitement on canvas. It’s harder than it looks. Because excitement is more than just joyous feelings, it can also be fear, surprise, all sorts of feelings. Bright orange represents the energy that is contained in excitement, see how it radiates out from the start and continues to travel throughout the thrill. Splashes of dark blue, almost appear as knives cutting into the energy, upsetting the balance between energy and the slight amount of anger that is also present. Sometimes the mind doesn’t know what to think as there is so much going on.
