These are the drawings I did while I was talking on the phone. I used mixed-media for this piece. I believe that I was focused more on the phone conversation than the drawing because the drawings appear nostalgic. I was calling my mother back in Korea. I think that the drawings represented me being homesick in New York and wanting to go back home.
