Perspective on Site

All throughout high school I was taught the color wheel and the combinations on the color wheel and how to mix the colors and I basically just learned all about the color wheel. This assignment incorporated everything that I had previously learned but took it to a whole new level. This assignment took the color wheel to the digital world. I really enjoyed making the color wheel in illustrator was very interesting to learn the short cuts and tricks to making it symmetrical.

After I created the color wheel, I started to make the grayscale version of the photograph which helped me with the two colored versions. For the first colored version, to represent a morning time, I did a monochromatic color scheme using orange. And for the second colored piece, I did an analogous color scheme using violet blue violet and blue to create a night or evening feel. I really enjoyed this project once I figured out what I was doing.

This was the original photo that I used to created the other versions
