In my constructed images I wanted to further my exploration of anatomy and the body. In two I arranged flower petals to assume, perhaps, an anatomical form. One I photographed my hand to create the allusion of landscape, and to set a surreal, atmospheric mood.

In my montaged photo I wanted to play with one image, simply parts, and how that can be greatly altered and tests the limits and strengths of just one image. In one photo I created a series of hexagons and in a David Hockey-esc way moved the images bit by bit to make a jarring juxtaposition to one image. In another I simply layer the image over itself once and changed it position to create a surreal sense of depth and dimension to one image of a building. Finally I printed and sliced an image of a rib cage I took and layered it with white paper scraps to create a creaming and textural composition.

FINAL: 3 montage, 3 constructed
