The pictures below show the growing process of my kombucha. The whole process takes about two weeks. Although visually there is no significant grows happening, I could still feel that there are lives inside the cage and it is seeking nutrition.
After I boil 6 cups of water, I put those tea bags inside and drench them for 10 mins;
Then I put a cup of sugar and wait all of them dissolve into water.
Finally, I put the kombucha into the solvent and wait for miracles.
This is what it looks like 5 days later. It grows thicker and the mixture became more non-transparent.
I got kind of disappointed so that I put it in the corner of my room and wait another week.
The result turns out to be that, it did not grow a lot at all…
