Memory Place Drawing

Scenery from my memory:

  • The garden of the local government conference hall, on the left field of the square
  • Short, heel height grass
  • 2 boulders – One massive and constructed of several smaller rocks, one off to the side, round in shape
  • Tall, old tree with whiskers dangling overhead
  • Clear spring/summer sky (can’t recall season)
  • Clean air
  • Silent atmosphere with slight city road noises
  • Location no longer exists today

I used black and white not only because it is my specialty (tool of trade) in drawing, also because of the personal sorrow for such a fond memory being not accessible due to the place no longer existing.

Materials used: Ink pen (black, 0.1 on sketch paper)
