Protecting Art fromNatural Disasters Reflection

This article is mainly about the beautiful construction of The Whitney Museum and how it functions in different ways as a cultural exchanged architecture. I was actually very impressed by the design concept and context of this building because I have been there once but I didn’t notice about the design of the building itself. I think this is a great illustration of using design strategies in order to solve urban planning problems and it reminds me of museums in my hometown, Bejing, China. Beijing actually is one of the most culturally diverse cities in China. The famous Forbidden City and The Summer Palace are all located in Beijing. There is an enormous amount of treasures and historical relics storage in these ancient architectures. I was born and raised in Beijing so I knew a lot about this city. I really hope that there will be more design strategy like the one which helped The Whitney Museum applies to museums in China. I think this method is very useful and constructive. I also think that design strategy will deeply influence urban planning in cities in the future because designs are based on our life.
