My daily collage in conversation with an artist was with Joan Jonas and specifically her show at MOMA titled Reanimation. Joan Jonas is able to combine multiple elements and mediums into one installation beautifully. For my daily collages I wanted to create a sense of dimension similar to the installation where there were multiple projectors in use. I made each collage in photoshop by layering multiple pictures on top of one another. This project wasn’t technically the rules project but I used the same “rules” by only using pictures of art that were done by me. All the different layers in each collage are paintings I had done in the past and that have been photographed.
