In the beginning of this project, I began to stress out due to the reason that I started to over think what I thought “time” was. And I realized that soon enough, time has a totally different and special meaning to each and every person. Creating those time archival photos, definitely helped me to see what photos I decided to add, which gave myself an overview in the end to understand what I associate time with. I seemed to use a lot of artificial and natural light, as well as different sceneries of weather. Time is also associated with my memory, which makes it even more personal. Although it is not easily understood what my time archival book really means, if the viewer focuses enough by comparing similarities with the pictures, and the same picture within the middle of the 2 pages, it gives an interesting thought and pondering. This project also gave myself a “technical” test and practice, by allowing me to learn how to use InDesign, as well as practicing my editing skills, such as changing opacity, contrast, brightness, and most importantly creating LAYERS! Also, creating sounds were very interesting, which gave myself a boost in creativity, and learning how to use what you have.
