Today was dedicated to more experimental drawing techniques.
We worked on a collaborative stop animation project. All the students took turn in drawing on the erasable wall of the studio.
300 photos of the drawing in progress where taken at regular interval. When processed, all these photos will make up a short movie that we will show at the open studio tomorrow. It was really fun to have everyone work together and produce an imaginary graphic world.
While I was reviewing portfolios, I gave students Parsons Paris envelopes on which they had to draw the beautiful view from our studio windows: the roofs of Paris.
