Reading – Mapping Project
Throughout the reading I felt most connected to this passage on distinctiveness. Throughout my portfolio book I plan to show the distinctiveness of Bushwick, Brooklyn by highlighting what makes it unique to me in comparison to other neighborhoods not only in New York but around the world.

The street murals make it engaging but showing the gentrification of the neighborhood with comparisons between new and old are something I’m going to continue iterating on for the final project.
